8. מימון חלקי
הועדה רשאית, מנסיבות מיוחדות שתציין בהחלטתה, להעניק לאלמנה מימון חלקי לשיקומה, שלפיו יינתן לאלמנה רק מימון כאמור בתקנה 14(א)(2) או (3), לחוד או ביחד, כמענק או כמילווה בתנאים ובסייגים, הכל כפי שתחליט הועדה.
