Section 9 of תקנות העיריות (רובע עירוני – מכבים–רעות), התשס״ז–2006, מועד הבחירות לוועד הרובע.
9. מועד הבחירות לוועד הרובע
(א)הבחירות הראשונות לוועד הרובע יהיו במועד הבחירות הקרוב למועצת העיריה.
(ב)הבחירות הבאות שייערכו אחרי הבחירות הראשונות יקוימו במועד עריכתן של הבחירות למועצה ובלבד שהשר לא קבע, בשל נסיבות מיוחדות המצדיקות זאת לדעתו, מועד בחירות מוקדם או מאוחר ממנו.
(ג)נדחו בחירות למועצה, יידחו גם הבחירות האמורות בתקנת משנה (ב) ויקוימו ביום הבחירות למועצה.
