5. רישום מסירת מידע
נמסר מידע לפי בקשה מכוח תקנה 2, יירשמו במערכת המידע הפלילי שם הגוף המבקש, פרטים מזהים של הפונה והיקף המידע שנמסר לו; רישום כאמור יישמר לתקופה של שבע שנים לפחות ממועד מסירת המידע.
