19. בתי כסא ומשתנות
(א)בקייטנה ייבנו בתי כסא לכל מין בנפרד כמפורט להלן:
(1)לכל 25 נפשות או חלק מהן ייבנה לפחות בית כסא אחד;
(2)לכל 40 ילדים או חלק מהם תיבנה לפחות משתנה אחת.
(ב)בתי הכסא לשני המינים ייבנו במרחק של 10 מטר לפחות.
(ג)בתי הכסא לכל מין יסומנו באופן ברור ונראה לעין בדרך זו:
(1)הדרך לבתי הכסא תסומן בסרטים לבנים;
(2)בשעות הלילה תואר הדרך במנורות סערה (פנסי רוח).
