30. פנקס חיסונים
(א)לא יתקבל ילד לקייטנה אלא אם הביא עמו את פנקס החיסונים שלו.
(ב)הפנקס יימסר למנהל הקייטנה ויוחזר לילד עם עזיבתו את הקייטנה.
