42. החזקת רכב לצרכים דחופים
(א)רכב מנועי במצב תקין יימצא דרך קבע בשטח הקייטנה לצורך הסעת חולים או פצועים בלבד.
(ב)לא עלה המרחק בין שטח הקייטנה לתא טלפון ציבורי תקין על 1 ק״מ, מותר לא להחזיק בקייטנה רכב מנועי כאמור בתקנת משנה (א).
