17. הגשת תשובה
תיקון: תשפ״א
(א)תשובה תוגש לבית הדין חתומה בידי המשיב.
(ב)בתשובה יפורטו שם המשיב, מענו ומען למסירת מסמכים, שמות המבקשים ונימוקי התשובה.
(ג)תשובה תוגש לבית הדין תוך שלושים ימים מיום שהומצאה הבקשה למשיב.
