30. מתן החלטה
(א)החלטת בית הדין תהיה מנומקת ותיחתם בידי חברי המותב.
(ב)החלטת בית הדין תהיה על פי דעת רוב חברי המותב, אך כל אחד מהם רשאי לרשום דעה חולקת וליתן את נימוקיו לכך; אם אין רוב לדעה אחת – תכריע דעת אב בית הדין.
