32. הוצאות עדים
תיקון: תשפ״א
(א)עד שהוזמן להעיד או להציג מסמך או מוצג אחר לפני בית הדין, רשאי בית הדין לפסוק לו דמי נסיעה ולינה ושכר בטלה כמו לעד שהוזמן להעיד בפני בית משפט.
(ב)העיד אדם בבית הדין כמומחה, ישולם לו, בנוסף לדמי הנסיעה והלינה, שכר כפי שייראה לבית הדין.
(ג)(בוטלה).
