5. בקשה למתן היתר זמני
(א)בקשה למתן היתר זמני לפי סעיף 13(א) לחוק תוגש לאב בית הדין ותצורף אליה המלצת הממונה.
(ב)המבקשים והמשיבים בבקשה למתן היתר זמני יהיו אלה שבבקשה לאישור.
