3. אי־תחולה
תיקון: תשל״ב
התנאי המגביל בתקנה 2 לא יחול על כל אחד מאלה:
(1)מי שערב סיום שירותו הסדיר היה חבר גרעין התיישבותי כמשמעותו בתקנת משנה (ז) לתקנה 11 לתקנות שירות בטחון, תש״י–1949;
(2)מי שסיים שירותו הסדיר בעקבות צו בדבר הפחתת שירות על פי פסקה (1) לסעיף 28 לחוק, לאחר תקופת שירות שאינה עולה על ששה חדשים;
(3)מי שסיים שירותו הסדיר לאחר שהמשך שירותו נדחה לפי בקשתו על פי סעיף 29 לחוק.
