3. הסדרים בהכשרה חקלאית
תיקון: תש״ל
(א)ראש אגף הנוער והנח״ל שבמשרד הבטחון או מי שהוא הסמיכו לכך יקבע מזמן לזמן בתיאום עם מוסדות הישוב את הסדרים בהכשרה חקלאית שיחולו על יוצא צבא שבאותו ישוב ומפקד היחידה שעימה נמנה אותו יוצא צבא יקיים סדרים אלה בהתאם לחובות המוטלות עליו בפקודת הצבא.
(ב)מספר שעות ההכשרה החקלאית של יוצא־צבא לא יעלה על מספר שעות העבודה של תושב הישוב.
