2. הסדרת הייצור והסחר
לא ייצר אדם למכירה, לא ימכור ולא יחזיק למכירה, מיונית או רוטב מיונית, אלא אם –
א)מוצרים אלה מורכבים בהתאם להוראות צו זה,
ב)תרכובת המוצרים, בבדיקה כימית תתאים –
(1)בנוגע למיונית למה שנאמר בסעיף 1 לתוספת לצו זה,
(2)בנוגע לרוטב מיונית למה שנאמר בסעיף 2 לתוספת לצו זה.
