2. פירוש
בתקנות אלה –
”פנקס לידות“ ו־”פנקס מיתות“ פירושם פנקסי הלידות והמיתות המתנהלים בהתאם לסעיף 6(1) של פקודת בריאות העם, 1940;
”רושם“ פירושו הרושם המחוזי של לידות ומיתות שנתמנה עפ״י סעיף 6(2) של פקודת בריאות העם, 1940.
