4. מהילת בנזין
לא ימהל אדם ולא יערבב ולא ירשה לאחר למהול או לערבב בנזין, המשמש או שנועד לשמש להפעלת רכב מנועי, בכל חומר דלק אחר אלא לפי אישור מאת המפקח ובהתאם לתנאי האישור.
