6. התקנת מיתקנים
לא יתקין אדם ולא ירשה לאחר להתקין ברכב מנועי מיתקן, מכשיר או אביזר המיועד לאפשר או להקל את הפעלת הרכב בכל חומר דלק שאינו בנזין, ולא ינהג אדם ולא ירשה לאחר לנהוג ברכב מנועי אשר בו מותקן מיתקן, מכשיר או אביזר כאמור אלא לפי אישור מאת המפקח ובהתאם לתנאי האישור.
