8. סמכויות ביצוע
שוטר ואדם שהוסמך לכך על ידי המפקח רשאי לעצור כל רכב מנועי לשם בדיקת כל חלק, מנוע, מכשיר או מיתקן בו במקום, לפתוח מיכל שלו ולבדוק בו כל דלק או חומר הנראה כדלק.
