10. תנאים לקבלת רשיון למכוורת רביה
בקשה לרשיון למכוורת רביה תוגש על ידי מי שנתקיימו לגביו התנאים הבאים:
(1)במכוורתו דבורים מגזע איטלקי או מגזע אחר שאישר המנהל, מחומר רביה מבורר ובדוק;
(2)מכוורתו אינה נגועה במחלות, והיא מוחזקת בתנאים סניטריים להנחת דעתו של המנהל.
