21. ביטול והתליה
תיקון: תשל״א
(א)המנהל או הרשות המבצעת, לפי הענין, רשאים לבטל או להתלות רשיון, היתר או אישור אם נוכחו כי הוראה מהוראות תקנות אלה אינה מתמלאת בהקפדה.
(ב)רשיון, היתר או אישור שהותלו או בוטלו, לא יחודשו אלא לאחר שהוכח למנהל או לרשות המבצעת, לפי הענין, כי כל הוראה בתקנות אלה בוצעה בהקפדה.
