5. איסור רעיית דבורים ללא אישור מרעה
תיקון: תשל״א
לא יעמיד אדם ולא יחזיק את מכוורתו בשטח מרעה לדבורים, למעט השטח שאושר לו להקמת מכוורת והחזקתה, אלא אם קיבל מראש אישור בכתב לכך מאת הרשות המבצעת ובהתאם לתנאיו.
