Section 2 of תקנות להשבחת ייצור חקלאי (בעלי חיים) (סוסים טהורי גזע), התשע״ב–2012, מינוי ועדה מייעצת.
2. מינוי ועדה מייעצת
(א)השר ימנה ועדה המונה חמישה חברים, מהם שלושה מבין עובדי משרדו כמפורט בתקנת משנה (ב) והשאר מקרב הציבור, בעלי ידע בענף הסוסים טהורי הגזע, שאינם מגדלים או בעלים של סוסים טהורי גזע (להלן – ועדה מייעצת).
(ב)מבין עובדי המשרד, חבר אחד בוועדה יהיה עובד השירותים הווטרינריים, חבר אחד יהיה עובד שירות ההדרכה והמקצוע במשרד, וחבר נוסף יהיה עובד מינהל המחקר החקלאי; לחברים יהיה ניסיון בענף הסוסים.
