5. עונשין
(א)העובר על תקנה 3, דינו – קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(1) לחוק העונשין.
(ב)העובר על תקנות 2 או 4 דינו קנס בשיעור רבע הקנס האמור בסעיף 61(א)(1) לחוק העונשין.
