1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”בקשה“ – בקשה לקביעת תושבות, כמשמעותה בסעיף 3א(א) לחוק;
”תשלום לקופת חולים“ – סכום ששולם לקופת חולים בעד ביטוח רפואי, כמשמעותו בסעיף 3א(ה)(2)(ב);
”השכר הממוצע“ – כהגדרתו בסעיפים 1 ו־2 לחוק הביטוח הלאומי [נוסח משולב], התשנ״ה–1995.
