3. הפרשי הצמדה
החזרים לפי תקנות אלה יישאו תוספת הפרשי הצמדה, בשיעור עליית המדד שפורסם לאחרונה לפני יום תשלום ההחזר למבקש על ידי המוסד לעומת המדד שפורסם לאחרונה לפני יום התשלום לקופת חולים על ידי המבוטח; לענין זה, ”מדד“ – מדד המחירים לצרכן שמפרסמת הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה.
