1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”המנהל“ – המנהל הכללי של משרד הבריאות או מי שהסמיכו לענין תקנות אלה, כולן או מקצתן;
”ועדת ערר“ – ועדה שמינה המנהל לענין כל תחום מן התחומים המפורטים בתקנה 2, שחברים בה שלושה רופאים וממלאי מקומם, העוסקים באותו תחום.
