1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”דוח“ – מידע רפואי על מבוטח וכן נתוניו האישיים, לפי הנדרש בתוספת הראשונה;
”רופא ממשלתי“ – כהגדרתו בפקודת בריאות העם, 1940, שמינה שר הבריאות לעניין תקנות אלה;
”טכנולוגיה רפואית“ – תרופה, מכשיר רפואי, ציוד רפואי, פרוצדורה רפואית, אבחנתית או טיפולית.
