66. חיוב לפי משך זמן השיחה
משך זמן לחיוב בעד שיחת טלפון לא יעלה על משך הזמן שבין מועד התחלת מימוש ההתקשרות בין הלקוח שיזם את ההתקשרות לבין המועד שבו התקבלה אצל הספק המורשה הוראת הפסקת ההתקשרות בידי אחד הצדדים לשיחה, לרבות לגבי שיחת טלפון בנדידה בין־לאומית.
