73. זיהוי שיחות למוקדי חירום ציבוריים
(א)בוצעה שיחה אל מוקד חירום, יאפשר הספק המורשה למוקד לזהות את מספר הטלפון של הלקוח המבצע את השיחה, בלא תשלום ובכל עת, לרבות לגבי לקוח בעל מספר טלפון חסוי ולקוח שביצע חסימה לפני השיחה.
(ב)ספק מורשה יודיע ללקוח המבקש כי מספר הטלפון שלו יהיה חסוי מזיהוי של מקבל שיחת טלפון, כי המספר לא יהיה חסוי בשיחה אל מוקד חירום.
