7. הקצאת מים שפירים למטרת טבע ונוף באזור הגליל העליון ובאזור רמת הגולן
(א)בשנת הרישוי 2022 הקצאת מים שפירים, למטרת שימור ערכי טבע ונוף תהיה באזור הגליל העליון בכמות של 16 מיליון מטרים מעוקבים, ובאזור רמת הגולן בכמות של 1 מיליון מטרים מעוקבים.
(ב)מנהל הרשות הממשלתית יקצה את הכמויות האמורות בסעיף זה לאחר התייעצות עם המנהל הכללי של המשרד להגנת הסביבה ועם מנהל הרשות לשמירת הטבע והגנים הלאומיים, ובשים לב ליכולת האספקה ולמערכות ההולכה והאספקה הקיימות לגבי כל אחד ממקורות המים.
