בתקנות אלה –
”פסיכולוג חינוכי“ – כמשמעותו בתקנות הפסיכולוגים (אישור תואר מומחה), תשל״ט–1979;
”מערכת חינוכית“ – מוסדות חינוך לגיל הרך, בתי ספר יסודיים, חטיבות ביניים, בתי ספר חינוכיים וחינוך מיוחד.
