16. אישור תכניות הדרכה ייעודיות
גוף המבקש לקבל את אישור המנהל לתכנית הדרכה ייעודית לאיסוף דם טבורי כאמור בתקנה 14 או לתכנית הדרכה למתן מידע לקבלת הסכמה מדעת כאמור בתקנה 15 יגיש למנהל בכתב את פירוט התכנית בהתאם לאמור בתקנות האמורות, פרטים על מקצועם וניסיונם של כל המדריכים והמרצים, מידע על מקום קיום ההדרכה, והציוד העומד לרשות המודרכים.
