15. אישור הפקדה
בנק פרטי ימסור ללקוח, במועד המוקדם ביותר האפשרי, אישור בכתב ובו מידע על אודות מנת הדם הטבורי שנאספה ונבדקה, ובכלל זה תוצאות בדיקות שנערכו למנה, מספר התאים במנה לצד הדרישות המזעריות של הבנק לפי תקנה 10 וכן מידע על אודות המקום שבו נשמרת המנה, ועותק מכל טופס או הסכם שעליו חתם הלקוח.
