4. הסכמה בפונדקאות
הסכמה מדעת לפעולת איסוף הדם הטבורי תינתן בידי היולדת, גם אם היא אם נושאת, ואולם ההורים המיועדים יורו מה ייעשה במנה שנאספה; הסכמה כאמור תינתן בעוד מועד ככל האפשר, והאפשרות לאיסוף דם טבורי בלידה תעוגן בהסכם לנשיאת עוברים, כהגדרתו בחוק הסכמים לנשיאת עוברים.
