3. תקופת התשלום
(א)משך התקופה שלגביה תחול חובת התשלום על רשות מקומית תהיה כמפורט בטבלה שלהלן, ובהתאם למספר התחנות המתוכננות בשטחה של אותה רשות כמפורט בתוספת:
