10. בטיחות במעון
(א)סדרי בטיחות מפני אש במעון יהיו לפי הוראות רשות הכבאות המקומית.
(ב)במשך שהותו במעון יימצא כל פעוט עם מוגבלות בהשגחת אחד מעובדי המעון.
(ג)במעון תוחזק ערכת החייאה במצב תקין ונגיש, ובה כל הפריטים שבתוספת השנייה לפחות.
(ד)הדרכה לשימוש בערכת החייאה, לפי העניין, תינתן לצוות הטיפולי של המעון, במימון משרד הבריאות.
