15. בטיחות בחצר
(א)המיתקנים שיותקנו בחצר מעון יהיו בעלי תו תקן של מכון התקנים הישראלי.
(ב)פני קרקע החצר במעון יהיו בלא מכשולים.
(ג)במעון אשר ממוקם מעל לקומת הקרקע יותקנו סידורי בטיחות מפני נפילה, ויוכל המפקח ליתן הוראות לעניין זה.
