20. תכנית טיפול אישית
(א)מנהל המעון, בשיתוף האחראי על הפעוט, יקבע תכנית טיפול אישית לכל פעוט עם מוגבלות במעון, על פי המלצות מכון או יחידה להתפתחות הילד שהוכרו לפי סעיף 4 לחוק, ואשר אבחנו את הפעוט עם מוגבלות.
(ב)תכנית הטיפול האישית לכל פעוט עם מוגבלות במעון תיקבע על פי סל השירותים שלפי פרק זה.
