מנהל המעון ידאג לביטוח הפעוטות עם מוגבלות במעון מפני נזקים להם או לאחרים מפניהם, לפי דרישות הביטוח שעליהן הורה הממונה, ופוליסות הביטוח יתויקו בתיק מיוחד לכך במעון.
