Section 2 of תקנות מעונות יום שיקומיים (כללים להכרה במכון להתפתחות הילד), התש״ע–2009, הכרה במכון להתפתחות הילד וביחידה טיפולית.
2. הכרה במכון להתפתחות הילד וביחידה טיפולית
(א)בקשת גוף שהוא מכון או שהוא יחידה טיפולית להכרה כמכון להתפתחות הילד, תוגש למנהל המחלקה להתפתחות הילד במשרד הבריאות, לפי הטופס שבתוספת בצירוף מסמכים ומידע המעידים על התקיימות כל התנאים להכרה המפורטים בתקנות 3 עד 10, לפי העניין.
(ב)בקשה להכרה ביחידה טיפולית יגיש האחראי המקצועי שבחסותו פועלת היחידה הטיפולית.
