9. הדרכה מקצועית אישית
(א)מנהל מכון ומנהל יחידה טיפולית, לפי העניין, אחראי לכך שכל בעל מקצוע, כמפורט בתקנות 4 או 5, המועסק במכון או ביחידה הטיפולית, שיש לו ותק מקצועי שאינו עולה על שנתיים, יקבל הדרכה אישית, אחת לשבוע, מבעל מקצוע באותו תחום שיש לו ותק מקצועי העולה על חמש שנים.
(ב)הדרכה אישית לפי תקנת משנה (א) אינה מחליפה הדרכה מקצועית הדרושה לבעל המקצוע לפי כל דין אחר.
