2. פעולות הקודמות לבקשה
סבר קצין משטרה בדרגה רב פקד ומעלה שיש צורך בחילוט סם או בהשמדתו כאמור בסעיף 36 לפקודה, יורה על
(1)צילום הסם על כל אריזותיו;
(2)עריכת חוות דעת מומחה, לאחר בדיקה של הסם שלגביו תוגש הבקשה;
(3)עריכת תעודה לפי טופס 1 שבתוספת (להלן – התעודה).
