9א. הודעות אשפוז ושחרור
תיקון: תש״ל
(א)על אשפוזו של חולה ועל שחרורו ישלח הממונה מיד הודעה ליועץ המשפטי לממשלה, וכן הודעה לפרקליט המחוז במחוז שבו נמצא בית המשפט שנתן את הצו או לפרקליט המדינה אם הצו ניתן בבית המשפט העליון.
(ב)ההודעה תהיה לפי הטופס שבתוספת.
