11. מתן תעודת שחרור בתנאי שיושלמו דרישות טרם הוצאת המזון מהמחסן
(א)יבואן רשאי להשלים את דרישות הוראות התאמת הסימון כאמור בתקנה 4(3) והמסמכים לפי תקנות 15 ו־16, למזון רגיל שהובא בהליך מקוון, טרם הוצאת המזון מהמחסן הרשום בתעודת רישום היבואן זולת אם נקבע אחרת בתעודה האמורה.
(ב)אין בתקנה זאת כדי לגרוע מחובתו של היבואן לעמוד בדרישות סימון שאינן לפי חיקוק כאמור בתקנה 4(3).
