14. שמירת מסמכים בידי יבואן
יבואן ישמור את המסמכים והפרטים המפורטים בתקנות 15 עד 21 לגבי כל משלוח מזון רגיל שיובא בהליך מקוון ושניתנה לגביו תעודת שחרור, לתקופה שלא תפחת משנה ממועד תום חיי המדף של המזון, ובהיעדר סימון של מועד כאמור – שנה ממועד העברת המזון לאחר, כפי שמצוין בתאריך תעודת המשלוח של המזון.
