19. שמירת רשימת העוסקים במזון שאליהם הועבר המזון ישירות
יבואן של מזון רגיל בהליך מקוון ישמור את רשימת כל מי שעוסק במזון שאליו העביר את המזון ישירות, וכן ישמור עותק של תעודת המשלוח שמסר לעוסק במזון, הכוללת את פרטי העוסק ובכלל זה את שמו המלא, מען עסקו ומספר זיהויו; לא כללה תעודת המשלוח מספר זיהוי, ישמור היבואן את תעודת המשלוח בצירוף מידע המאפשר לקשר מיידית בין המסמך לזהות העוסק.
