מנהל שירות המזון רשאי להורות ליבואן של סוג מזון רגיל מסוים המיובא בהליך מקוון לשמור מסמכים נוספים הנדרשים לשם הוכחת עמידת המזון ואריזתו בדרישות לפי תקנה 4(3).
