2. סייג למינוי
לא ימונה לחבר בוועדה המייעצת נציג מקרב הציבור שהתקיימו בו אחד מן התנאים הקבועים בסעיף 9(א) לחוק, או מי שעיסוקיו האחרים עלולים ליצור ניגוד עניינים עם תפקידיו כחבר הוועדה.
