13. ישיבות הועדה
(א)רוב חברי הועדה יהיו מנין חוקי בישיבותיה, ובלבד שכל חברי הועדה זומנו לישיבה וסדר היום נשלח לכל החברים.
(ב)לא נכח היושב־ראש בישיבה, רשאים החברים המשתתפים בה לבחור מתוכם יושב ראש לאותה ישיבה.
(ג)היו הקולות שקולים יהיה ליושב ראש הישיבה קול מכריע.
(ד)מנהל הרשות ונציגיו רשאים להשתתף בישיבות הועדה ובדיוניה ללא זכות הצבעה.
(ה)הועדה תקבע את נוהל עבודתה ודיוניה, ככל שאלה נחוצים ולא נקבעו בכללים אלה.
