Section 4 of כללי החברות הממשלתיות (מינוי רואי חשבון ושכרם), התשנ״ד–1994, רשימת רואי חשבון לחברות ממשלתיות.
4. רשימת רואי חשבון לחברות ממשלתיות
(א)רואה חשבון המעונין בהעסקתו כרואה חשבון של חברה ממשלתית רשאי להגיש בקשה לרשות, ובלבד שלא יציע העסקתו בחברה מסוימת.
(ב)בבקשה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) יצויינו הפרטים שבתוספת הראשונה; חל שינוי מהותי בפרט מפרטי הבקשה, יודיע על כך רואה החשבון מידית לרשות.
(ג)הרשות תקבע, לפי המלצת הועדה, אמות מידה להכללת רואי חשבון ברשימת רואי חשבון לחברות ממשלתיות, להתאמתם של רואי חשבון לסוגי חברות ממשלתיות (להלן – אמות המידה).
