2. הזמנה על ידי הועדות
הזמנת אדם לבוא להעיד או להציג דבר בפני ועדה תהא ערוכה לפי טופס 1, 2 או 3 לתוספת, לפי הענין, ותימסר לו באופן אישי או תישלח אליו בדואר רשום עם אישור מסירה.
